Orders placed before 2:00pm (ET) will ship the same business day. Your package will arrive approximately 1 to 5 days
for regular, in-stock items shipping to the United States.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of
original shipped date, and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees).
After 30 days the product falls under the manufacturer warranty and therefore product replacements
must be resolved through the manufacturer.

When will I receive credit for my return?

Any outstanding credit for a return will be processed within 5 days.
Credit card refunds can take up to two (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Please note: SilverBytes is unable to accept any item that is not
returned within 30 days of shipment, in new condition and in all original packaging
